It was a moonlit night


The moon was absolutely gorgeous the other night and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to take a cool photo or two. Here's one of my best shots. It is kind of an eerie picture but I dig it!

I really like it too. I've not been very successful getting good moon shots. When ever I see a big gorgeous moon I usually don't have a camera with me.

Thanks guys! This was definitely a fluke, I usually don't get moon pics either, but did something weird in the dark with the camera, hit some setting and shot it and liked it. Still don't really know what I did!

I tried taking a picture of the moon while I was out in the desert. Came up as a pale red smudge.
